With each weekend Camp Siman is improving and getting closer to the goals. So far the Dam inspection went well and the Dam has been approved for the next three years. Dam work will be in the winter months. As of today, Lake Clearance has risen about 3 ft in the past two weeks. The spring has rerouted itself around the capture and it is now flowing into Lake Clearance. As the water has risen, it is now at the base of the Dam and we no longer have any dry ground to...

21 March 2015 World at War: Campaign #1, FREE Teaser Tactical / Swap Meet, Camp Siman, Tiff, MO

 

 

This is a FREE event and OPEN HOUSE, the event is designed to showcase this new site of 157 acres. Teaser Tactical is the first in a series of Tactical's being planned for Camp Siman. This event is WW II any impression, any Theater any Nationality so long as it is correct. Lets have fun!

Baryte, or barite, (BaSO4) is a mineral consisting of barium sulfate. The baryte group consists of baryte, celestine, anglesite and anhydrite. Baryte itself is generally white or colorless, and is the main source of barium. Baryte and celestine form a solid solution (Ba,Sr)SO4.
